ALL orders take up to 24hrs to process. For items purchased incorrectly, please send us an email right away as we can make sure to send you your correct goods. We want each of you to have a memorable experience and assure that you get your phone a Cold Case.

 

 

Do you ship International? Yes! We ship international (standard fees apply)

 

When will I receive my order? Orders are shipped daily with the USPS. Please allow 5-9 business days (excluding holidays, weekends) to receive your order.

 

I received my tracking number, but nothing is updated? All orders take about 24-48hrs to update in the USPS tracking system. If nothing is updated within that timeframe, please message us or send us an email @ coldcasesllc@gmail.com

Do you offer gift wrapping?  We would love to make your gift extra special for your love one. For special gift wrapping requests, please message us or send us an email before and after order confirmation. 

 

Do you offer gift prices or sales? Unfortuanately, we do not offer gift prices. We do however have monthly sales and other promotions. 

Unfortuanately at this time we do not offer Returns/Exchanges. ALL sales are FINAL

1. Read item specs and images for careful review

2. Be sure to select the correct the phone type

3. Make sure you have selected the correct item quantity

4. ALWAYS double check your cart to ensure you've selected the correct items
